Career ePortfolios are not only an effective way to showcase knowledge, skills, and abilities, but also a must in learning and development fields. Even though there are similarities with other types of ePortfolios, the career ePortfolio has specific requirements, artifacts, and strategies that need to be considered to maximize its value. In this session, participants will explore the principles and strategies to design career ePortfolios, as well as the artifacts and projects that should be part of the career ePortfolio. In addition, this session will explore opportunities to showcase a career ePortfolio and how it can be used in the job application and interview process.
