Nakisha Dixon is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with 18+ years of experience leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR strategy for private equity–backed companies. She partners with CEOs, boards, and investors to align people strategy with value creation, M&A integration, and exit readiness. Nakisha holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut, a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Kean University and is a Wharton-certified Chief Human Resources Officer. She is also a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, where she contributes thought leadership on HR strategy and value creation.
