Presenter Information
Dr. Michael L. Dorsey is a speaker, author, and talent development strategist with
more than two decades of experience designing and delivering leadership, emotional intelligence, and performance improvement programs. He currently serves as Senior Training and Development Administrator for the Maryland Department of Transportation and is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Michael Dorsey International, where he helps individuals, teams, and organizations thrive through customized learning experiences.
A former Chief Learning Officer for the Maryland Department of Human Services, Dr. Mike has led large-scale training initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and national associations. He is a Master Trainer for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and facilitates programs on instructional design, facilitation, and leadership nationwide.
Known for his engaging style and practical insights, Dr. Mike draws from both corporate leadership and real-world transformation to inspire lasting change.
