About me
Caroline Hanover is principal of Talent Results, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in leadership and talent management solutions. Her experience spans over 20 years with 16 years at Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (HGS) where she designed and implemented the leadership and organization development strategy for the company. Her core experience is in organization development, executive coaching, and leadership development.
Prior to launching her consulting practice in May 2013, Caroline was a Senior Director of Talent Management and HR for Human Genome Sciences, Inc.(HGS) in Rockville, MD. Before its acquisition by GSK, HGS was a leading biopharmaceutical company with the launch of Benlysta™, the first drug approved to treat Lupus in 50 years. Caroline spent a large part of her career at HGS, building and leading organization and leadership capabilities. Her projects included, the leadership development program, 360° feedback, succession planning, executive coaching, and the expansion of HGS into Europe. Caroline led the HR function from the European headquarters and worked with the leadership and commercial teams on organization effectiveness and team building. After the acquisition, Caroline worked with GSK on the closure of HGS in Europe as part of the leadership transition team.
Caroline holds a graduate certificate from Georgetown University as a certified leadership coach (CLC), credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ACC), M.S. from Johns Hopkins in Applied Behavioral Science (Organization Development) and a B.A. from Stony Brook University in History & Political Science. She is certified in several Lominger tools including Voices (360). Also, she has certifications in MBTI®, DiSC, Hogan HPI, HDS, and MVPI Assessments, Resiliency Results™, PHR (Professional in HR), and Leadership through People Skills®.
