He brings over 20 years of experience leading teams, managing multifaceted programs, delivering training, coaching, and helping organizations turn diversity into strength. He has developed and facilitated hundreds of programs for clients across the government as well as the private and non-profit sectors, focusing on leaders at all levels from front-line managers to senior executives and military Flag Officers.
Carl utilizes a unique combination of different, yet complementary, bodies of knowledge: EEO/EO, diversity/inclusion, and performance management. His expertise in these areas enables him to guide leaders to discern facts from lore, and incorporate EEO/EO and inclusion principles into performance measures that lead to improved execution.
