About me
Carl Baldwin believes that every organization should demand and expect each employee’s highest level of performance. As a training facilitator and coach, Carl helps people learn to make changes in their behavior that will result in improved performance for themselves, the people who look to them for leadership, and their organizations. He brings over 20 years of experience leading teams, managing multifaceted programs, delivering training, coaching, and helping organizations turn diversity into strength. He has developed and facilitated hundreds of programs for clients across the government as well as the private and non-profit sectors, focusing on leaders at all levels from front-line managers to senior executives and military Flag Officers.

Carl utilizes a unique combination of different, yet complementary, bodies of knowledge: EEO/EO, diversity/inclusion, and performance management. His expertise in these areas enables him to guide leaders to discern facts from lore, and incorporate EEO/EO and inclusion principles into performance measures that lead to improved execution.
