The business management paradigms that contributed to organizational success in the 20th century don’t work in today’s world of increasing complexity, hyper-connectivity, and interdependency. It’s no longer enough to have a stellar executive team, the best talent, differentiated products or services, operational efficiency, and performance-based rewards. Organizations have to have all those things. But today, that kind of management practice gets one to performance mediocrity at best.

Welcome to the 21st century. It’s a new game. The road is unforgiving. The stakes are very real. And only the organizations that truly get it will survive. We have entered the era of behaviorundefinedan era in which the only remaining differentiator is organizational culture. Think it’s soft stuff? It’s not. New global data has surfaced proving that certain types of organizational cultures consistently outperform the competition. Yet only 3% of the world’s organizations can be described as one of these high-performing cultures. Attend this session to find out if your organization is one of them, and learn how leadership development practices can support an organization’s desire to drive performance by aligning and optimizing its culture.
