Studies on How the Brain Processes Panelists

Christina Eanes spent over fifteen years in public service with a police department in California and the Federal Bureau of Investigation prior to co-founding MindSpring Metro DC. During this time, she worked on a variety of programs including the FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Program where she analyzed serial homicide and sexual assault cases in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials, and the FBI’s Leadership Development Program where she led a team of government and contract facilitators hired to improve and shift the management culture in the Bureau.

Christina left government service in 2013 and co-founded MindSpring Metro DC, a small firm specializing in self-empowerment/leadership development workshops, and one-on-one coaching for clients who want to improve their overall personal and professional effectiveness.  Christina holds a Masters in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Education.  She is President Elect for the DC Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.

Stephanie Farlow was born in South Korea and raised in Connecticut. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University; a Master of Public Health, specializing in community health education, from Southern Connecticut State University; and a graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.

She began her 13-year public service career at the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH). Stephanie then transitioned into her federal government career as an Intelligence Analyst, beginning in a field office and then transferring to headquarters-based international operations. She worked in leadership development for nearly three years, where she served as host and lead instructor/facilitator for various leadership courses. External teaching assignments included serving as lead instructor for intelligence and leadership courses in Brazil and Trinidad & Tobago for their senior and executive-level law enforcement officers. She currently works in talent acquisition and placement, focusing on personnel recruiting and contract bids for advertising and integrated marketing contracts.

This work sparked her love and passion for leadership development and a drive to see these successes within individuals and their respective organizations. This led her to seek coaching certification and starting her own coaching business, Farlow Coaching, specializing in personal leadership branding.

Stephanie is a Coach Member of the International Coach Federation and a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She currently serves as VP of Finance and Operations for the Metro DC Chapter of ATD.
