An average employee receives 304 emails a week, checks their email 36 times an hour, attends 62 meetings a month, and endures 56 interruptions per day! Notice how there was not even a mention of doing ACTUAL work in the above statistics. It is no surprise that the work week is getting longer and time has become the most valuable resource we possess.

In an age of instant gratification where you can Google search anything, download TV shows in seconds, ask Siri how to get to the grocery store, and leverage technology to assist with most work responsibilities, why does training still feel “traditional?” 8-hour PowerPoint driven trainings are no longer an appropriate method for successful learning. With 24/7 operations and a workforce that craves instant gratification, “Microlearning” is a new phenomenon that has a lot of value.

This webinar is focused on walking you through how to leverage microlearning in ways that support the growth and development of your people. This webinar consists of the following topics:

• Microlearning dissected...what is it and how do you use it?

• Building microlearning activities: a model presented.
