Are you ready to take your learning and performance career to the next level? Demonstrate your expertise, passion and dedication to high standards with one acronym...CPLP!

Convene with like-minded individuals to begin your journey towards earning the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance credential on September 3, 2015 from 7 to 9pm. You can join Rasa Edwards, CPLP and your fellow CPLP candidates either in-person or virtually to lay the groundwork for creating your study plan to sit for the CPLP Knowledge Exam (KE) in the November 7-December 5, 2015 window.

Program Goals

By the end of the CPLP study program, you will:

  1. Review the fundamental information identified by the CPLP competency model needed to sit for the CPLP Knowledge Exam.
  2. Identify gaps in knowledge and develop a personalized study plan to prepare for the CPLP Knowledge Exam.
  3. Create an action plan for your work product submission.
Rasa Edwards, CPLP, has over 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating train-the-trainer workshops and providing training design, curriculum development and course development consultancies.  Edwards holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from Vilnius Pedagogical University.  She currently works at the Foreign Service Institute, Department of State in the capacity of staff development at the School of Language Studies.  In August 2015 she will transition to a leadership training position at the Leadership and Management School in the Foreign Service Institute.  Prior to this work, Edwards trained field staff for the US Peace Corps.  Professional interests include talent development, leadership training, learning facilitation, the art of foreign language teaching, building cross-cultural teams and leading communities of practice in the learning and development field.  During her free time, Rasa Edwards researches alternative healing modalities and nutritional therapies.
