Are you looking to develop professionally, make a career change, or find a new position? Metro DC ATD’s Career Connections Webinars can help you connect virtually to share ideas, tips, and support. Each session also includes facilitated conversation about a specific career development topic. Our topic for November is Telecommuting and the Flexible Job Market.

Flexible work (telecommuting, freelancing, flexible schedules, and professional part-time roles) are all increasingly common in today's workforce. In this session, guest speaker Brie Reynolds will help you better understand what the flexible job market is, who's participating, and how you can find work flexibility options for yourselves. Brie will provide an overview of the current flexible job market, future trends/forecast data, the most common talent development jobs and job titles, companies hiring for flexible jobs, and resources for exploration and action. Brie will also address your questions and provide additional guidance.

You are welcome to submit questions in advance on this topic prior to the Webinar. Please send your questions to Pam Marshall at cop_career_dev@dcatd.org.
