Phaedra Brotherton, CPRW, JCTC, CDF, partners with private sector mid-career and executive professionals to develop career strategies and effective resumes, bios, LinkedIn profiles, and other materials to help them meet their job search and career goals.

A certified professional resume writer, Phaedra holds the industry standard certification for resume writers (CPRW) and is also a certified job and career transition coach (JCTC). In addition, she has completed in-depth training in as a career development facilitator (CDF) from the National Career Development Association.

Phaedra is very familiar with the HR and Learning and development professionals, having more than 18-years experience creating content for and working with human resource and talent development professionals, as a staff member for both the national offices for the SHRM--the Society for Human Resource Management-- as well as ATD--the Association for Talent Development, formerly ASTD. Phaedra’s positions with ATD included serving as Manager of the Career Development Community of Practice, as well as Infoline editor and senior writer/editor for T+D Magazine.
