Leadership development was the highest-priority topic of interest identified in our recent member survey. With the increased pace and decreased resources at many organizations, talent development professionals are being asked to come up with creative approaches to develop leaders without a significant investment of time or money. Join us for an interactive discussion with senior learning professionals to discuss:

  • Innovative approaches for developing leaders at all levels
  • Considerations and lessons learned for implementing a leadership development initiative
  • Resources that can make it easier to design and launch a successful leadership development program
Come take part in a discussion about to take your leadership development programs to higher levels! Whether you a new talent development professional or a seasoned one, you will leave with additional resources as well as opportunities to share what your organization is doing to help improve leader performance.

We are excited to have three senior learning professionals as panelists for this session who will share experiences and perspectives from different sectors:

  • Kathleen A. Sack, Vice President, Talent & Organization Development at American Red Cross
  • Tim Tobin, Dean of Choice University at Choice Hotels International
  • Cynthia Way, Chief Learning Officer at National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration
