Have you set exciting career or personal goals for 2016? If so ...

  • Are you clear about how you will accomplish your goals?
  • What are your next steps?
  • What do you need to do differently, and by when?
  • How do you need to be different (who do you need to be?) in order to achieve them?
  • How will you make working towards your goals fun, and not a mundane task to check off a to-do list?
  • What will the attainment of your goals (the desired result of your action) do for you?
  • Who will you be when you’ve accomplished your goals?

Join Pam Marshall and Metro DC ATD’s Career Development CoP for an interactive Webinar on career and personal goal setting. This session will help you to define exactly what you want to achieve. You will draft your own road map using CTI's (The Coaches Training Institute) Co-Active SMART goal setting method: S=Specific, M=Measurable, A=Accountable, R=Resonant, T=Thrilling. Come to the session prepared with a major goal or two that you are committed to achieving!
