A Different Way to Maximize Learning In the talent development field, whether you’re a coach, developer, or facilitator/instructor, your overall goal is to maximize learning. In order to be effective in helping others in their development, it is imperative to understand how the brain takes in information and organizes it for later recall, which affects all aspects of an individual’s life, including learning. This month’s webinar will provide the participant with an overview of the four mind styles developed by Dr. Anthony Gregorc and the learning preferences of each style for optimal retention. In addition, we’ll examine each mind style through a generational lens, paying special attention to the millennial generation’s learning needs. Learning Outcomes: 1. Understand the learning preferences of each mind style. 2. Apply the learning preferences to coaching, ISD, and training/facilitating to maximize retention of the learning. 3. Interpret the learning preferences through a generational perspective
