Research shows that one of the most effective ways to grow a manager’s skill set is to allow them to observe other leaders in action, then practice and receive detailed feedback on their performance. This webinar explores how to integrate immersive simulation environments into leadership training for front-line managers and how to get results and measurable improvements in performance from simulation-based learning environments using interactive videos.
