Hilton Mills is the principal consultant at OnAir Applications, Inc. He leads teams in designing and delivering online learning and webcasting solutions that help our clients achieve strategic goals and enhance staff development. He is passionate about improving the impact of online learning through video. Hilton enjoys learning and training with a purpose. His training experience includes facilitated, online and blended learning delivery modes. His acquisition experience also helps clients identify and integrate commercial off-the-shelf and custom learning content to create high value training solutions that address strategic objectives. He has over 25 years’ experience helping Government and private leverage technology to improve training and operational processes, from concept development to deployment and staff training. Hilton previously work experience includes the Department of the Army, Contel Federal Systems (now part of Verizon) and Computer Sciences Corporation.
