Using simulations for learning is the new trend in instructional design. Learning simulations are appealing because they capture the learner's attention in an interactive way. Creating simulations sounds really easy, right? Just follow the main principle: imitate or represent the operation in a modeled environment. But does that ensure the simulation is effective?

Join us on October 25th for an engaging discussion on how to create successful learning simulations with Dr. Roy Hinton and Mr. Imrana A. Umar. Participants will learn how to describe the conditions necessary for successful learning simulations and practice designing learning simulations through hands-on rapid play
