Have you influenced an important organizational outcome without official leadership authority? What did you do? What motivated you to take the reins? What was the outcome? What lessons were learned? In the spirit of community, let’s learn from each other through storytelling.  In this session, we’ll use a “Tiny TEDTalk” format—that is, a 5-minute version of the classic TEDTalk—to share the wealth of knowledge in this community.

To sign up to share your “Influencing without Authority” Tiny TEDTalk, please email a brief description of your story to: cescribano@c2ti.com. This information will help us to schedule the evening. Then pick up your copy of the TED speaker guidelines, prepare your 5-minute story, practice, and come ready to share your successes and lessons learned!  And if you’re not quite ready to do a Tiny TEDTalk, good listeners are always welcome.

Light refreshments will be served.
