It’s a word no one likes to say, but anxiety has the ability to shape and impact every aspect of learning and development. What happens when a client is uneasy about the external climate they face or their own internal struggles? How can we best position ourselves to serve them through challenging situations?

During this Free Agent CoP meeting, we’ll continue the discussion that began at the Metro DC Chapter's first UnConference and  discuss what leads to anxiety in the workplace and how we can both understand its causes and respond to it in ways that are productive for our clients—and ourselves as free agents. We will also discuss how anxiety relates to our business strategies and its impact on how we guide clients to solutions that are best for them. Come with your questions, your ideas, and the strategies you have employed when facing anxiety in the workplace- we’ll use them to guide our discussion!
