Onboarding and Supporting Leaders

Thank you to the Leadership Development CoP for sponsoring this month's program.

Onboarding is often considered a critical component of leadership development in any organization. How employees engage with teams and companies can set them up for success—or create unnecessary challenges. Join us for Metro DC ATD’s first dinner meeting of 2017, where we will explore onboarding and supporting leaders and how you can make the most of your team members’ first 60 days on the job. With a panel of experts ready to tell you what they did in their first 60 days, what challenges they faced, and what supports they wish they had, you will have a chance to ask them questions and engage in highly interactive discussions with fellow participants to identify learning and performance support solutions to assist leaders as they transition into a new job.
