A Two Way Street: Leading Instructional Designers
Thank you to ISD CoP and the Leadership Development CoP for sponsoring this month's program!
As an instructional designer, what support are you looking for from your leaders? What do they do that either facilitate or inhibit your success? As a leader, what do you do to help your people, especially creative types like instructional designers, be more effective and successful? The Leadership Development and Instructional Design Communities of Practice have partnered together to co-host an interactive session for instructional designers and their leaders to consider these questions. Participants will collaborate to learn how leaders can better support instructional designers to achieve goals and how instructional designers can work more effectively with their leaders.
