As learning professionals we know that if we do not demonstrate our value our budget is at risk. Additionally as learning professional in the government we know that our budget is likely to get cut (to some extent) no matter how much value we offer. In this webcast, we’ll discuss how these budget cuts can be used to your advantage professionally. Specifically, by doing more with less you gain skills and opportunities that make you more marketable and a stronger professional.

Dr. Dana E. Sims, co-founder of Fedability.com, helps feds navigate successful career paths from getting in the door, to thriving in their current job, to inspiring their teams. With over 8 years working for the government, she understands what it takes to succeed in the unique federal environment. Dr. Sims received her Ph.D. in IO psychology in 2009 from the University of Central Florida. At UCF she specialized in training design/evaluation, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. She has an extensive publication record and regularly speaks at the annual ATD conference.
