Leadership today demands more of the leader than ever before. The repercussions of blind spots and old patterns show up with greater intensity in our increasingly networked and fast paced world.  Effective leaders find ways to mitigate these patterns by enhancing their awareness of self and others.

Conscious Leadership (CL) is not just being seen by others but having the courage to see yourself, your strengths and limitations, your gifts and growing edges. Leadership coach, Jenn Lederer, stated that "conscious leadership requires you to identify, plan for, and move through the patterns that come up every time you're about to step out of your comfort zone."

We have plenty of leadership tools and methods. What is needed is being able to "identify, plan for and move through" the unconscious patterns that keep us from using them effectively. So much of our potential lies dormant beneath the surface of awareness waiting for us to fearlessly look, feel into and embrace what is there.

Come be a part of a dynamic exploration of Conscious Leadership. We will experience a unique approach for developing more awareness of ourselves as leaders and the impact we have on others. We will also explore a model for how to develop systemically the leadership skills of others in an organizational setting.
