Our speakers, Curtis Cox and Kevin Duffer of C2 Technologies, Inc., will present current research on the learning and talent landscape such as machine learning and AI), as well as what people like Josh Bersin/Deloitte, Elliott Masie, and others are saying about the future of learning, covering topics such as predictive analytics, microlearning, bots, augmented reality, and virtual reality. You’ll also get a chance to see some examples of cutting-edge learning solutions and prototypes.
Based on that inspiration and information, you’ll review your initial predictions and update them and then share examples of what these innovations mean for you and your organization. Drawing on the expertise in the room, our presenters will facilitate a lively discussion about what learning will look like in the future and how learning professionals can prepare for and influence that future. You’ll walk away with a grid comparing your own predictions with those of learning industry leaders, as well as bleeding-edge learning design ideas.

Curtis co-founded C2 Technologies in 1989. He is a recognized leader and pioneer in the learning and information technologies industries. Curtis directs the company’s overall business strategy and spends his time in business development, client relations, strategic partnerships, and spearheading funding initiatives. Prior to launching C2, Curtis worked for 13 years as a Vice President at General Dynamics, where he led the learning technologies and aviation business in the Washington, DC area and in Oklahoma City.
Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience and leadership in the learning industry spanning the public and private sectors. He has worked with more than 500 clients and has overseen the implementation and support of some of the largest technology-based initiatives across the public, private, and education sectors.
