Branding is not just for products anymore. Personal branding has become a MUST—not a maybe—if you want to build your business and stand out from your competition. Personal branding shows your uniqueness, your value, and your goals ... the difference that is YOU.

During this Free Agent CoP meeting, you will accomplish the following:

-  Better understand your unique promise of value
Identify your own personal brand attributes
-  Learn ways to “stand out” and communicate your brand
-  Walk away with action items to help you move forward

Speaker:  Pam Marshall Annitto

As a certified professional coach, OD practitioner, corporate trainer, and personal branding strategist, Pam Marshall Annitto has worked with diverse clients and international groups, including Booz Allen Hamilton, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at The Johns Hopkins University, and the US Army. In 2015, Pam took the leap and became a free agent. Through her firm, KADO Strategies, she works with executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs, as well as with organizational teams, to help people discover and communicate their unique value in a compelling way, so that they can stand out from the crowd, lead, and collaborate more effectively. Pam also currently serves as President Elect of the Metro DC Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
