Microlearning offers flexibility. Learners can access microlearning when they need it, and they can finish it quickly with minimal interruption to the workday. But what about practice? Can “bite sized” training really help learners be successful on the job, or is it just new way of delivering the same old boring e-learning?

This webinar will explore what it takes to create microlearning that will really benefit learners. We'll discuss design principles and content management strategies, and look at several examples of microlearning — including two developed for Allen Interactions' clients.
