This webinar demonstrates how Learning Professionals can measure Return on Investment (ROI) of training through an innovative new model that connects instructional design, creating behavior changes, evaluating organizational support/readiness for learning, and results in justifiable business outcomes.  The process moves past the Kirkpatrick levels to provide practical steps in the application of measurement and evaluation.  The session shows Learning Professionals how to capitalize on current best practices to create the chain of evidence starting with design.  It will provide knowledge on what type of data is collected, when/how the data is collected, and what you can learn from the data.  Following the model enables Learning Professionals to practice a powerful and practical way to show how their work creates business outcomes and organizational capability.
