What is the current thinking on how to develop effective leaders? What approaches are organizations using to develop leaders for today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment? What is changing in leadership development? What is tried and true? What is new?

Join ATD’s Leadership Development Community of Practice as we co-create a visual gallery that reflects current thinking on leadership development. Explore the leadership development philosophies, frameworks, and approaches that guide a variety of private and public sector organizations. If you have your own favorite model or approach, please feel free to bring it as a poster to share. Together, we’ll browse our gallery of leadership development models and then discuss our observations of trends and innovations. You’ll leave the session with a renewed sense of what’s working in leadership development and how the field is evolving.
