He was the General Manager of ExecuSurv, a tech company that pioneered the concept of using the Internet as a delivery mechanism for employee surveys and 360 degree feedback programs. His clients included Cox Communication, Hurley International, SAIA Motor Freight, General Dynamics, Accenture, Verizon, Disney, Sears, TaylorMade-adidas Golf and Sony, all of which utilized the company’s proprietary technology and/or retained the company to implement leadership development programs.
