In September, we explored significant leadership development trends, one of which was the need for leaders to facilitate actionable learning experiences. Deadra Welcome shared the concept of starting a Learning Revolution by transforming the way people approach learning and introduced us to her grassroots social media campaign and series of Learning events. In this session, we focus on that trend to consider how leaders can become Radical Learning Revolutionaries.

Join our November 9th interactive group conversation to brainstorm new methods that you and your organization can apply to help leaders transfer knowledge to action by applying principles to purpose via experiential opportunities.

Start your journey toward becoming a Radical Learning Revolutionary with our CoP. Bring your workplace challenge (or send to Susan Schwartz at riverbirchgroup@cox.net in advance). Names will be changed to protect both the innocent and the guilty.

Susan Schwartz motivates cross-organizational project teams to achieve strategic goals and deliver continuous business productivity improvements. She has developed unique methods using business process review, crucial conversational techniques, and knowledge sharing strategies to help organizations achieve targeted solutions with a focus on ease of use and customer satisfaction.

She facilitates public courses and seminars as an adjunct instructor for George Mason University Learning Solutions, Project Management Institute, the Association of Talent Development, Society of Human Resource Management, and American Society of Quality. Curriculum topics include collaborative team building, problem solving, critical thinking, conflict management, organizational effectiveness, project management, and matrix team leadership. Additionally, she delivers on-site team building workshops.

She received an M.S. in organizational development and knowledge management from George Mason University School of Public Policy. She is certified to facilitate the EQ-i Emotional Quotient Inventory.
