As part of Employee Learning Week 2017, we are featuring CoP leaders each night presenting trends and technologies in their respective Community of Practice area. On Monday, December 4, you will hear from the Coaching CoP Leader Lisa Loggins and Government CoP Leader Bill Brantley. Each CoP will speak about about trends and technologies in each prospective Community of Practice. Lisa Loggins will speak at 7:30 p.m. (ET) and Bill Brantley will speak at 8:05 p.m. (ET). What are some of the current trends in personal and executive coaching? This webinar will highlight some of the various trends and topics in coaching that are opening up opportunities for possibility and potential. Moving beyond coaching only for leadership and performance, participants will learn how coaching is evolving and its impact on people and future-focused organizations.

Speakers:  Lisa Loggins, Coaching CoP and Bill Brantley, Government CoP

Lisa Loggins, is the founder and president of LeadWell Coaching Strategies, LLC, a coaching and consulting firm focused on leadership development and organizational culture. With over 20 years’ experience in leadership, program management, consulting and business development, Lisa is uniquely qualified to turn challenging situations in organizations into opportunities to create thriving, agile and innovative places to work.

Lisa combines deep organizational development expertise with practical leadership experience to help clients lead more authentically, enhance workplace culture and create an environment of trust. Working with leaders across all levels to develop and strengthen leadership competencies that increase individual performance and optimize team performance, she helps them explore new opportunities that help connect the dots for their organizations to be awake, creative, collaborative and in forward momentum.

Lisa holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, is accredited as an executive coach by the International Coach Federation (ACC) and the acclaimed College of Executive Coaching. She is a member of The Association for Talent Development, DC-Metro chapter and serves as co-chair for the Coaching Community of Practice. Prior to becoming a leadership coach, Lisa worked with several healthcare organizations and in the corporate wellness industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.

Dr. Bill Brantley is a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Data Scientist, Trainer, and Human Resources Professional. He is passionate about using innovative methods and technology to help organizations become healthy and agile while effectively accomplishing their missions. He was inspired by reading “In Search of Excellence” as an undergraduate and has continued to study and implement ideas from Theory of Constraints, Design Thinking, Knowledge Management, Agile, and, most recently, Lean Startup. He is especially interested in developing ways to aid government agencies and nonprofits perform better by improving how these organizations utilize their people, processes, and technologies and enjoys building innovative applications for knowledge management, project management, and human resources management.

Dr. Brantley is a college professor and has trained adult learners in project management, management skills, and communication skills and pioneered the use of social media in the classroom and have built successful blended learning flipped classrooms both online and in the classroom.
