Description: What would your life be like if…
- You had more energy throughout the day?
- When out of sync, you could reset yourself just like you reset your computer?
- You were able to thoughtfully respond and not thoughtlessly react?
- You intuitively knew how to respond to change and challenge?

HeartMath is a high-impact program that delivers a practical set of easy-to-learn self-regulation tools and resilience-building practices that are reinforced by engaging, real-time monitoring and feedback technology. You can experience the immediate benefits of bringing more ease and balance into your life - at home, at work, in a meeting, while driving, and anywhere or anytime you feel the need to de-stress.

HeartMath tools and techniques are based on over 25 years of scientific research conducted at the HeartMath Institute on the psychophysiology of stress, emotions, and the interactions between the heart and brain.

This interactive session will introduce you to the science and techniques that make HeartMath so effective while also providing some context and ideas for how leadership development professionals and free agents can implement HeartMath strategies on the job and while working with clients.

On Valentine’s Eve come and learn to build emotional resilience that will prepare you to thrive in a world of flux, challenge, and opportunity!
