About the Panelists

Dr. Tanya Johnson
Human Resources Specialist (Mentoring Program Manager), DoD OIG

Dr. Tanya Johnson has been successfully networking in Human Resources Development for over 9 years. With a background in Education and Human Services, managing mentoring programs was a natural fit! At DoD OIG, Tanya manages three mentoring programs focused on skill building, professional development, and succession planning. Previously at DLA, she oversaw three levels of mentoring programs tailored to the leadership development needs of various grade levels. Her favorite hobbies include traveling and listening to both fiction and non-fiction audiobooks.

Pam Marshall Annitto 
President, KADO Strategies 

Pam Marshall Annitto is a leadership coach, OD and human capital consultant, and training facilitator. Prior to launching her firm--KADO Strategies--she led Booz Allen's firm-wide mentoring program. Pam also created and facilitated mentoring workshops for FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). Pam currently also serves as president of the Metro DC ATD Chapter.

Adelle J. Dantzler, M.S.Ed.
Leadership Facilitator/Instructional Designer

Adelle J. Dantzler, M.S.Ed., has over 25 years in the training field working for federal agencies, contractors, and private industry conducting analyses to design, develop, manage, and evaluate instructor-led, online, and virtual training. She has used her master’s level knowledge in instructional design to create innovative learning solutions for high potential, manager, and senior executives for 4 federal agencies and developed GS-15 equivalent and SES candidate curriculums. She has served on an inter-agency team for a mentoring hub, developed & delivered virtual mentoring orientations for federal employees, conducted initial research for her agency’s mentoring program, and coordinated the mentoring program for the DC Metro Chapter of ATD.
