Join us for an encore presentation of the ATD & South Central Chapters Regional Conference session, originally presented in Dallas, Texas, in March 2018.

Have you heard about "the cloud" and wondered why it is such a big deal? Are you curious about tools that are available and how you can use them to propel your talent development career?

In this session, you will take a user-friendly approach to exploring technology tools that you can use today. The best part is that all these tools are free! While walking into a home improvement store may feel intimidating to the new do-it-yourselfer, exploring new technologies won’t be scary. Using techie and non-techie methods to connect with peers, you will uncover the must-have tools while creating a valuable resource that will be available after the session.

In this interactive and collaborative session, you will:

  • Discover techniques and tools to optimize your time spent conducting research online to make the most of the information you find online and quickly retrieve the information later
  • Explore methods to capture your thoughts and categorize your notes to quickly find information when you need it
  • Design a system to track your projects, tasks, and deadlines to plan for the future, track tasks, and take control of your schedule so move toward your goals.

Come discover technology tools you can't live without!
