You know you want something different. You know you want to grow either where you are or someplace else. Making the RIGHT transition is an important decision. How do you best think about the next steps? What should you be thinking about? How do you decide your direction and your next steps? This Career Connection session will challenge you to think about the values you hold about your work and work environment and the role they play with your how you currently spend your time. You will think how to better align your values and decisions about career choices and leave the session with the next steps to move forward. Materials will be sent to all participants before the session.

Bernadette is currently the Past President of Metro DC Chapter of ATD. She has served as an ATD Chapter President for Metro DC, as Chair of the ATD Leader’s Conference Advisory Committee and as a member of the National Advisors for Chapters. Association. Bernadette received a Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Illinois University, a Master in Public Administration from the UNC at Chapel Hill and a doctorate in Higher Education from George Mason University.
