Event Description

Almost every virtual class encounters some type of technical challenge. From participants who can’t log in to technology glitches, it’s common for these things to happen. As a trainer, what should you do to proactively prevent problems from occurring in your classes? And when they do arise, how should you respond? This interactive virtual session will review how to prepare ahead of time to prevent challenges, and what to do when problems happen.

Learning Objectives

  • Follow three rules to prevent problems before a virtual class even starts
  • Respond appropriately when problems arise during class
  • Troubleshoot common virtual class challenges
