One Day Workshop featuring Bill Fournet

Bill Fournet will engage participants in discussions and lead interactive exercises to enhance the effectiveness of your organization's people, including:

  • Exploring the triple constraint of projects (cost, time, scope) and the disciplines needed to keep it in balance
  • Expanding your project management vision based on industry trends and practices
Participants will explore key project management approaches that support the multi-generational workforce. Learn tools and techniques for project management training delivery.  Help integrate project management with your organization's other curricula. Work through several topics, ranging from communications to project constraints as well as best practices via hands-on experiential exercises.

PMPs will earn 7.5 PDUs.
