What’s the difference that makes the difference between average and extraordinary performance?  That is both the guiding question and major contribution of the field of NLP:  Neuro-Linguistic Programming.   Co-developed in the 1970s by a University of California linguistics professor (John Grinder) and computer sciences expert (Richard Bandler), NLP provides a framework for understanding and improving how human beings tick.  Elite sports trainers, management consultants, educators, and psychologists have long incorporated NLP into their work.  Tonight, participants can experience the power of NLP through interactive coaching exercises developed by ICF-certified coach and NLP trainer Carol Goldsmith.  Learn how to:

  • Build instant rapport with even the most resistant coachees
  • Listen for common language patterns that reveal how our clients really think and feel
  • Ask elegant, incisive questions that can change a person for good
  • Coach clients to set objectives that go beyond S.M.A.R.T. goals
