Adelle J. Dantzler, M.S.Ed., has over 30 years working for eleven federal agencies as a federal employee and a contractor. Adelle has used her master’s level knowledge in instructional design, development & evaluation to create innovative and customized learning and performance solutions to develop, manage and evaluate leadership talent at the high potential, manager, team leader, and senior executive levels for four federal agencies and developed manager (GS-15 equivalent) and senior executive candidate curriculums. She has successfully facilitated career and leadership training to hundreds and has taken advantage of every development opportunity she continually discovers.
