At the start of this new year, let’s reflect on 2018 and look ahead to what we can expect for leadership development in 2019. We'll review last year’s predictions to see what we got right and what we missed. Then we’ll look at current trends and what we can expect for 2019. In the spirit of community, please bring a snack or drink to share, as well as at least one prediction you have for leadership development in 2019. What trends are most exciting to you? What do we as leadership development practitioners need to be doing to prepare ourselves and the leaders we support for the future we envision? If you’ve been to C2 before, we’re actually in the other building—1919, which is perpendicular to 1921. We’ll be in a training center on the ground floor.
Although the address is Gallows Rd., the entrance to the building is on Boone Blvd. If you've just turned off of Rt. 7 onto Gallows Rd, with Olive Garden on your right, take the next left onto Boone Blvd., then turn right into the first driveway. 1919 is the building to the left. Parking is over to the right, and it is free.
After you enter the building, go to the left to find the training center. We’ll have signs to guide you.

Closest Metro Stop: Tysons Corner (Silver Line): You can walk through Tysons Corner mall to Route 7, cross the street, and walk to 1919 Gallows Rd (which is actually on Boone Blvd). Probably about a half-mile walk.
In addition, there’s a shuttle bus that leaves the McLean Metro at approximately 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. and arrives at Tysons International Plaza (1919 Gallows Rd) about 20 minutes later. We can coordinate rides back to the Metro after the meeting.
