About Our Speaker

Joe Willmore is President of the Willmore Consulting Group, in Annandale, VA.  He is a former President of the Chapter and a former member of ASTD's Board of Directors.  He is the author of four books, the most recent of which is:  No Magic Bullet--7 steps to better performance, Performance Basics (ASTD Press), and has written numerous articles on the subject of human performance improvement.
