Stories help us identify their deeply held values and connect the important stories in their lives around those values. The power of our stories provides meaning and clarity to our values. That meaning and clarity gives us insights and helps us make the decisions and connections that truly matter in our lives and increases our ability to align our choices with intentional and purposeful career actions. In order for us to feel fulfilled in our work, we need to be clear about what is important to us, drives our passions, and provides meaning to our lives. This session will help you develop clarity and understanding on what is important, determine how best to make impactful career decisions and develop strategies to make sure you are making career decisions and choices that are in alignment with your values. You will leave with webinar with the ability to develop your own Values Board to display the stories that depict their values. The Values Board is a tangible reminder to reinforce and maintain focus on your values.
