Have you ever wondered how what goes on inside our brains impacts how we, as talent development professionals, engage leaders today? Step into the fascinating world of neuroleadership based on David Rock's "SCARF" model and experience for yourself the ways in which your brain drives you toward - or away from - certain situations which, in turn, affects how you process information, learn, and lead.

Come to this interactive dinner program and take away:

  • The building blocks of neuroscience and neuroleadership
  • Ways you can apply Rock's SCARF model to your specific leadership or leadership  development situation
