Metro DC ATD’s Director of Virtual Programs, Ileana Fernandez, introduces a new webinar series in April. The focus of the Webinar Series is “Value-Added Virtual Learning.” The series will start on Wednesday, April 17th and will continue the value-added theme with the following topics: • April - Energize Blended Learning in Virtual • May - Extend Virtual Reach with Microlearning • June - Enhance the Virtual Learning Experience Join April’s webinar and learn the techniques to Energize Blended Learning in Virtual. The session will address how to use virtual sessions to engage the workforce in a continuum of professional development opportunities, collaboration, problem-solving and peer-to-peer exchanges that energize learning. Ileana is an Instructional Designer and ed tech guru in the Leadership and Management School of the Department of State’s Foreign Service Institute. Prior to her federal career, Ileana designed on-boarding, MS Office law firm applications training, and managed over 500 Continuing Legal Education virtual sessions. As a life-long learner, Ileana is committed to the professional development of Metro DC ATD’s members.
