There is constant sparring going on inside your mind between your “Sage” and your “Saboteurs.” The Saboteurs work diligently to undermine you and your efforts, increasing your levels of stress, insecurity, doubt, etc. But - Your Sage is at the ready to take your Saboteurs to the mat – so why not have a TKO strategy? Shirzad Charmine, researcher and author of Positive Intelligences (2012), found that “only 20% of people achieve anything close to their true potential, due to the destructive power of their Saboteurs.” During this interactive session, participants will learn more about the Judge and the other 9 Saboteurs; the Sage that counters the efforts of these naysayers and reminds you that every mistake or failure can be turned into a great gift of learning; ten-second exercises; and available resources.
