We will begin with a guided meditation followed by a conversation about best practices to have ourselves feeling grounded, flexible and resilient. In particular, we’ll talk about growth mindset and how our mindset can enhance our super powers. We’ll close with some mindfulness tools to keep your awareness in an alert but relaxed state. We hope you will join her for a relaxing and comforting hour together.

Ellie Ballentine is the founder of The Mindset Mentor, a company that focuses on the success of individuals and organizations through coaching and facilitation that lead to greater self awareness, empowerment and resilience. Ellie also leads specific workshops and retreats that address self-leadership, authentic confidence and the inner strategies for success.

Along with an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business, Ontario, Ellie has a Master’s in Education in psychological counseling from the University of Ottawa. She is certified in Transformational Coaching and Facilitation and certified in Mindfulness in the Workplace. As a graduate of the Academy for Guided Imagery in Berkeley, California, she also incorporates meditation and guided imagery into her counseling practice.

Ellie's 16 years of corporate work in finance, consulting and executive leadership and development afford her a unique set of skills that allow her to serve leaders and organizations in connecting expertise with emotional intelligence required to excel in today's volatile and complex environment.
