Whether you own your own business or are a free agent contractor, volatile times can be scary for making sure the work keeps coming in. In this meeting of like-minded professionals, we will explore best practices for small businesses in our industry to thrive during potentially tough times. Together, participants will brainstorm ways in which they can keep their businesses prosperous, leaving the session with goals and actionable strategies to support their business’s bottom line.

Christina is a lifelong super achiever, holds a BS and an MS in criminal justice leadership, as well as an MS in education with a specialization in training and performance improvement, and she is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Through more than 15 years of public service with a California police department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Christina worked on an array of programs, including the FBI's Violent Criminal Apprehension Program and the FBI's Leadership Development Program, where she helped train thousands of leaders.

After advancing to a senior manager position within the FBI before turning 40, Christina decided to open her own business to help people transform their personal and professional lives.
