You’ve been thrust into managing a remote team right now because of the pandemic. But many of you have been part of a remote team long before this challenge. You know the reality of managing a remote team is more challenging than just doing everything the same way as if you’re co-located. We don’t need to reinvent what good leadership looks like, but we do have to be intentional about how we lead remote teams differently -- same principles, different applications.

Join Dr. Deborah Smith Cook as she shares her research and experience in successfully managing a remote team.
