The costs of unresolved, unaddressed, or entrenched conflict can be measured in strong monetary and cultural impacts.  Studies show too often our engagements with conflict result in increased stress, diminished trust, and cooperation as well as significant impacts in critical thinking, productivity, and well-being. What if the conflict was not the actual challenge, but our relationship to it and the approaches we engage to resolve it?  The commitment of the Healthy Conflict Engagement Program© is to transform conflict from corrosive opposition, avoidance or aggression to collaboration, productivity, and dignity.  In this session, you will learn about practical conflict engagement skills; which will provide you an opportunity to understand how to successfully:

  • Acquire powerful, practical skills & tools for successfully navigating conflict
  • Develop best practices to engage authentically and productively within conflict situations
  • Have decreased levels of stress and increased grace & confidence during conflict engagements
