ISD – Training Systems at UMBC
One of UMBC’s most established applied graduate programs, the Instructional
Systems Development (ISD) - Training Systems program, is for people who design,
deliver, support and measure training, learning and performance within organizations.
Graduates of the program are prepared to work in a variety of positions, such as trainer,
instructional designer, instructional technology specialist, eLearning developer, training
manager and more.

Admission Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree earned from a regionally accredited college or university or an
equivalent degree from a comparative foreign institution
• No specific undergraduate degree required
• GREs or the GMAT are not required (domestic students only)
• International Applicants are required to take the TOEFL and GRE exams. For
